About David J. Horvath, LPA

Mr. Horvath received his law degree from the University of Toledo in 1991. During his three years of study he was consistently recognized for his work ethic by his professors and peers. Mr. Horvath served as the lead litigator on the Moot Court’s National Taxation Team which won two awards at the Arthur Mughal International Tax Competition at the University of Buffalo. He also received American Juris Prudence awards in advanced legal writing and Federal Jurisdiction. Mr. Horvath also served in various student advisory roles including being the Dean of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity and was a representative at two national conferences for the fraternity.

Prior to studying law, Mr. Horvath received his MBA from Syracuse University, completing his degree in one year. He majored in finance with a specialization in portfolio design and analysis. A second specialization in corporate finance was associated with this degree as well. This was an extension of his studies in business and finance at Case Western Reserve University. While at Case, Mr. Horvath obtained his bachelor of science in management with specializations in finance and management of information systems. He was the president for the Society for advancement of management, a desk jockey for WRUW, and lectured as a student in operations management due to his outside work with a software development company.

Mr. Horvath has extensive experience in business-to-business transactions, commercial practices and litigation complex employment issues, commercial leasing, real estate acquisitions, business transitions and success planning, estate planning, tax planning, college funding/FAFSA and asset protection. The team in Mr. Horvath’s law office has over 100 years of business and legal experience to help all our customers. Our law office was opened in 1995 to provide the highest caliber service and representation.

Mr. Horvath lives in Brecksville with his two children and is active in his community. Mr. Horvath is a 3rd° Master Mason, serves as the chief officer of his chapter of Royal Arch Masons and is a Knights Templar.
